Goatbabies ‘07: Goldie Jr.
And so our 2007 kidding season begins….
Goldie Jr gave birth to two wonderful kids at about 1:30 this Sunday afternoon. The birth went well and Goldie Jr. is a wonderful mom.
The bigger reddish boy is named Edsel. He weighed 9 pounds at birth.
The blond and white girl is named Sunbeam. She weighed 6 1/2 pounds.
These photos were taken when the kids were just minutes old. When they totally dry off, they will be even cuter.

Ah ,what beautiful babies,
Sunbean is just right for her and he is going to be a big buck ,look at those nice long legs and his top line will be long ,level as a rule and those hips will carry many tales for years to come.
How I thank you for sharing , I can almost smell the goat baby smell and feel there little warm nose and hear mama talk to them with the nudge only a goat mama gives .

Molly—No wonder you love your goats. What beautiful babies and what a thrill to hold them and watch them move about right after coming into the world. You must have to steel yourself to part with them. But you must or else you would have hundreds of goatbabies and adults producing more . You’re a winner. John and Betsy

Sunbeam looks as though she should be on runners, not feet! Couldn’t be cuter, thanks. Here’s to a bumper crop. Betsy

Beautiful babies, beautiful mother. I am in western N.C. on a teacher retreat this week. What a beautiful sight to come up on my computer screen. Love, Donna
