we were working right on the road with traffic wizzing by, and the sun was beating down, … but it seemed like heaven. And we loved it.

Today was the the first official meeting of the East Tennessee Chapter of the Michigan MINI Motoring Club….
A fine mod was accomplished (red painted brake calipers for Alfie) and a great time was had by all..

Red Tow Hook

I am not totally sure when it started, but many MINI modders started painting their tow hooks red and leaving them installed at the front of their cars all the time. It’s a racing thing. I like the look. It’s sporty and adds a touch of color.
