Return/Refund Policy Molly-Smith
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can easily return it.
How Can I Return My Order?
If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you can return them within 14 days of
receipt. Request a return form via info@Molly-Smith.com, and include the completed
form with your shipment. If the form is not fully completed, we cannot process your return
request.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the returned product must be in its original condition with all tags and labels intact. The product must not show any signs of use. We reserve the right to refuse the return of products if we suspect they have been used or damaged outside of our control.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, the items will be replaced as quickly as possible, or the
purchase amount will be refunded to your bank account within 3 days.
Delays or No Refund Received
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
1. First, check your bank account again.
2. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund
is officially posted.
3. Next, contact your bank. Processing times can vary.
If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact our customer service team.
What Are the Conditions for Returning an Order?
● The cost of returning your order is your responsibility.
● Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Requirements for Processing Returns
Products such as underwear, shapewear, lingerie, socks, hair and skincare products, and
other personal-use items are excluded from the return policy at [STORE NAME] due to
hygiene reasons and the fact that personal-use items cannot be resold. These items cannot be returned or processed.
Custom-made products also cannot be returned because they cannot be resold to other
customers.
● Include a tracking number with your return shipment. If you do not provide this and
we do not receive your return, we cannot issue a refund.
● Send us a photo of the tracking code on the day of shipment.
● Print the return form and include it with your package.
● The product must be returned unused.
● The product must be delivered in its original packaging.
● The product will be inspected for any damage caused by the customer, and any
product returned in a damaged state will not be accepted.
Note: If you received a free 1+1 offer and used one of the products, you cannot return the
other. This is due to the combined nature of the offer and to prevent abuse of these
discounts.
Canceling an Order
You can only cancel an order within 5 minutes of placing it. To do so, send us an email via
the contact form or at info@Molly-Smith.com.
Why Doesn’t It Work After 5 Minutes?
We operate with an automated order system. This means that once an order is placed, our
backend system immediately forwards it to the warehouse, where it is prepared and shipped as quickly as possible to reduce delivery time.
IMPORTANT: To receive your refund from Molly-Smith, you must provide us with a
tracking code. Without this code, the refund cannot be processed.
